YOGA 9.30-11.00 am

Welcome to Yoga at Cleish Village Hall! I’m so looking forward to working with you.
As this is a brand new class, we are going to focus on the basics for the first part of the term. You can expect opportunities for mindful movement, limbering, strength & stability posture work, basic breathing techniques, and plenty of restorative relaxation in these sessions.
If you have any special requests please don’t hesitate to let me know so that they may be weaved into our sessions.
There are 6 weeks before the October break, and a further 8 weeks of classes before Christmas – hurrah!
Wednesday Morning Yoga @ Cleish Village Hall starts on 2nd September. The October break means that there are no classes on 14th or 21st October. The final class is on 16th December.
If you can’t make your usual class, feel free to join us in any of the other weekly classes – details below.
You will receive regular emails with videos to support your home practice. Let me know if you’d like a tutorial on any particular practice or posture and I’ll do my best to record something just for you.
Initial 5 Week Block – £40.00 (starts on 2nd September)
Remaining 9 Week Block – £81.00
Or PAYG – £10.00 per class
I also offer private 1-2-1 sessions. There are only four available each week and they get booked up quickly. If you feel that you would benefit from a private individual or group class, there is availability on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons. 1-2-1’s can be done via Zoom as well as in person. £40.00/hour

Craft Club Last Wednesday of the month. 7-9pm

Thursday
Heatheryford Reels Club
We are a friendly group of dancers who meet once a week at Cleish Hall on Thursday evenings during the winter months. The club has been going for many years, but recently we have lost a few members for various reasons and are keen to find some new recruits. We are looking for couples as this works best for Scottish dancing, and we would be delighted to welcome anyone with an interest for a taster session any Thursday evening (we meet at 7.30 pm for about 2 hours). Please contact the secretary symon.macpherson@gmail.com if you would like to come along, or for further details.
Friday
The Up in Arms – Cleish’s Pop up Pub
Usually on the last Friday of the month Cleish Village Hall hosts the Pop-up-Pub. This volunteer run, not for profit pub is open from 6-11pm with children welcome until 8.30pm. It serves cask beer, keg lager, wines, spirits and soft drinks. The Up In Arms – Cleish’s pop-up pub | Facebook
